tim sold my mothers condo.everything went smoothly. we were looking in particular area to buy a condo. tim was right on with a lead .because of tim s quick actions we beat other prospective buyers and know we own a condo exactly where we want to be. Tim will sell our house in a month or two when we put it on market.we are vry comfortable and confident with Tim V.

Tim is a true professional who puts his client's interest ahead of his potential rewards in the form of a commission. He works very hard to research comparable properties in the same area and is open minded when it comes to discussing a listing price. Tim is a great communicator who kept me informed every step of the way and offered options without trying to low ball the price to make a quick sale. He is easy going, yet professional. He has a great personality and I would not hesitate to use him again should there be a need for his services. This was an inheritance sale with three separate owners on the Deed. Tim was able to overcome the challenges that were presented from trying to get an agreement from three very different personalities. Tim never complained, pushed back or became discouraged. He earned every dime that he was paid. I can assure you that if you give Tim the opportunity, he will make you feel as if you were his only client.
