Customer service is strength. Both John's and young lady, (sorry, don't remember her name) very helpful with BOTH my granddaughters bikes(Frozen and Barbie) flat tires. Keep up good work

John helped me with understanding what would need to be serviced and went down line by line on the service request. When picking up the bike, Rob reviewed the service request with me and told me everything that was serviced. Rob helped me take apart the bike, while calling out the pieces that needed to be removed, in order to fit in a car. 10/10 would bring my bike here again.

John was such a great help for me in deciding my first bike, he was so Attentive and understanding and gave me such great advice. I will always come back to this specific location for future maintenance and repairs just off the strength of his willingness and insight, I would rate his service 5 stars.
