Lloyd! Lloyd! Lloyd! Lloyd the repair tech went the extra mile to get me back on the road. He special-ordered a part and knocked out the install. He also made some adjustments to my bike to make it run like new. Trek Germantown is the only place I will ever take my bike. The service is incredible and world class.

Staff was very helpful in selecting replacement tires and tubes for my LightSpeed mountain bike. I was also able to arrange for the shop to change the tires while I waited. The technician changing the tires was also very professional.
