I love Trek bikes, I went to Trek Pasadena to get a new bike to ride with my grandchildren. At 1st I called another Trek store in Pasadena, but was very unhappy with the customer service. I have bought several Trek Bikes at the other store. But I now have a NEW Store. The customer service is outstanding. Faye listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I purchased a FX2 and had a 1 little change made. I was so happy that 3 days later I went in a purchased a 2nd bike for my daughter so she could ride with children
