Hi. I do recommend the Trek Schererville store to a lot of people who ask me questions about bikes and bike services. Gotta say -- Maddie is incredible. She has worked/and worked on my bike yesterday. I was in and out in no time and notwithstanding the fact she very politely let me talk her ear off about all things bikes. I try and learn as much as I can about bikes from her -- she's a wealth of knowledge. Today I rode and my bike rode so well, it was an absolute pleasure to ride and I just kept going. I sometimes kid her that my bike rides so incredibly well after she works on it, I get dissuaded from thinking about a new Trek. Honestly, I can't think of a better compliment when I reflect on it. Lots and lots of riders I know her and know her work and we're huge fans. I've been riding for many, ("cough") many, years and she's the best mechanic I've ever known. Trek Corporate: do what you need to do to keep this young woman with Trek.

I've been in the store a few times in the last 9 years, & everyone that I've talked to has always been very helpful. I just recently bought new bicycles for my 12 & 14 year old granddaughter's, & they love the bicycle's they picked out!!!

Great selection and having a dedicated bike path connected to the store makes it ideal for finding the right bike. Staff is quick to suggest a ride to help select the type of ride you want.
