Trex bikes East Providence is one of those magical places where you feel like you have spent years there even if you rarely go in. Ben, Max, Adam, Josh, Levi, Donnie, and even Brian somehow feel like old friends every time I go in even though I hardly know them. I recently had an issue with one of my mountain bikes the day before I was set to go on a long trip. The part I needed was not available at any local bike shops and I was scrambling to come up with a solution. By the grace of God, Ben and Max have been saving and organizing old mountain bike parts and coincidentally had exactly what I needed to save my trip. I have been telling all of my mountain bike buddies to go to Trex East Providence for service after this serendipitous experience. Thank you Trex EP!!!!

I wanted a Flare RT rear light. I called the store; they had one in stock, set it aside for me, and I went to the store. The light was on the counter with my name on it. I paid for it, took it home, charged it, and put it on my bike. Total time - two hours. Better than Amazon can do. Excellent customer service.

Had some modern road bike tires installed on 1979 27x1 1/4" steel rims. Couldn't do it myself nearly broke my thumbs even with all the slack finessing. Bought em in with my own tubes and it was done for the cost of labor inside 20mins. I was riding later that day.

I have never had a Trek bike before so I’m sure I will like the brand. Ben O’Neil was very helpful explaining all the functions on the bike I was very pleased with his help. Also when I picked up the bike after service the guy who took care of me was very helpful he also sold me a pump I did not get his name but he was great

The guys were very good in seeing a problem I had with the original tires on a checkpoint bike. They could see that the "sidewall" damage was very unusual and was a warranty item. I had an earlier flat tire that I mistakenly thought I had caused, btu they understood and gave me two new tires under the warranty for no cost. Very reasonable!!
