The staff is terrific Friendly and personable Knowledgeable and patient Time and again have gone beyond required expectations to solve my problems (both the routine as well as the unusual/more pressing problems that unexpectedly arise) and ensure satisfaction Quick turn around-offered loaner bike… Blair has become as much a friend as he is a tech support/service advisor To me And a number of friends I cycle with I have purchased bikes over the past decades Always a great experience

Absolutely love my Trek eMTB and the guys in Service go above and beyond to get it setup and tuned just right. What an incredible machine and it means the world to me that Goodale’s and the Service guys stand behind their product and if or when something goes wrong, they make it right. Very trustworthy, personable, talented and just great world class customer service. Goodale’s Nashua, Thank you very much! I love my bike!

I went to have Goodales help me replace a tube that was popping. They fixed it but upon getting it home, there was a flat again. they stood by their work and replaced the tube. Now I'm back on my 1985 bike and happy as a clam!!

I like the service, which is very competent, and I trust you guys to give me an honest assessment. The last time I brought in my 19-year-old bike for Level 2 service, it came back to me in perfect running conditions. But it appeared to have been detailed as well. The bike looked like it had just come off a showroom floor.

Whenever I come in for a fix or adjustment, the service team always provides excellent service, many times right on the spot. Service manager Shane has over seen the complete rebuild of my bike which was finished on time, at the same price, and the workmanship was and still is top notch

The friendly techs. I have stopped by several times with my Trek Domane just to check on a few things, such as a noisy chain and a slow tire leak. In every case, the techs on duty have been super helpful, and I often learn a few things while I'm there. I also use the winter tune-up offers to make sure my bike is tuned up and cleaned between seasons. Please keep up the good work. The shop is a great local resource. Peter LaQuerre Nashua

I had a flat tire on Saturday, and the wonderful employees fixed it for me the same day! They were short staffed that day, and the two employees went out of their way to fix the tire and sent me a text when they were done. I was so pleased, I was able to go for another ride that afternoon! They were so courteous and helpful! Thank you!!!!!!

Patrick @the Nashua store was sooooo helpful. We are entering our retirement phase and heading to FL this winter, he was so patient and helpful, every step of the way. We would highly recommend! Oh and we had shopped around to 3 other stores and online. This was out choice :)

I think your repair staff are fabulous. They know what they are doing and demonstrate how to do what is new an d/or needed. Also, they are very courteous, helpful, and caring. I feel free to ask all/any questions. They demonstrate what I need to do. They are friendly, always willing to share stories. And, best of all, they help bring my bike in and out of the store to my car!

Goodale’s service department is amazing. They really focus on each specific customer’s needs and choices. They explain their services and products clearly and when they work on a bike they are highly skilled and thorough and the bike comes through looking new. They are a pleasure to deal with.
