We have shopped at this location for our last 3 bicycles for our grandchildren and 1 for myself. The staff has been great not pushy or overbearing. I stopped in yesterday with an issue with a tire and Dave was great! Fixed it in 10 minutes! Dave was very knowledgeable and after the repair assisted me with a few other purchases as well.

informative, responsive and friendly! We're new to the area and needed to ship a bike to another state. Trek Bicycle in Concord was able to answer questions and take care of packing the bike. The shop itself has every type of bike, from fatbikes to roadbikes, a repair shop and very helpful staff. We're glad we found this shop!
