We purchased 2 Trek Marlin + 8 ebikes and had the best experience. We were struggling to find these bikes to look at to get sized and test ride. Your paramus store had both a small and a medium (which we bought). The best part of the experience was your sales person Offir Kilion. He spend a lot of time with us, went on the test ride with us, was very knowledgeable about the products, and found the information when he didn't know. He was so helpful and we really appreciated his customer service and how easy it was to work with him. I would not hesitate to recommend Offir and your store. Thanks!

The man who repaired my bike was friendly yet professional and did the work immediately which saved me from having to return another day plus allowed me to ride that same day. He gave me a choice of tires to use based on price and longevity and was non pushy on what choice I should make. All in all I was extremely satisfied with my repair and my bike technician as well as the store. Many thanks!
