Good experience over the last two weeks! We dropped our car off on October 2nd and had to wait longer than usual but from what the driver communicated, I understand you were shorthanded. We were also then given some free day coupons which we appreciated and took advantage of given that we were gone for two weeks. I might have been concerned had I not left enough time to offset this additional wait. We had no issue getting picked up when we returned on 10/16 and had a quick and solid experience on our return.

I usually travel by myself for business, and I like that the area is secure and that I am picked up from and taken by bus directly to my car.
