This time around, everything went very smoothly. I was picked up from the airport in a timely manner, I was also picked up at my car to go to the airport in a timely manner. I can't say the same for the last time I went through fast Park. I appreciate the courteousness, the help getting my bags in and out.

It was very easy to park our car there shuttle bus came right up and got us took us to the airport. Let us off at our flight and Chuck out was just as easy would recommend and cost was not bad

The online reservation process is simple and easy. Email reminders of your reservation, which include a QR code to enter and exit the property, are timely. All staff members I've interacted with have been extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. I travel frequently for work and park at your properties every time and each time, it's been a pleasant, effortless experience. Thank you so much for helping make my travel a positive experience!

It's easy in and easy out. We like that it's covered parking and very secure. Shuttles seem to run more often than other places we have tried. We hardly ever wait for one. If we do, it's only a couple of minutes! We won't park anywhere else!

The lot is covered, which is a big deal in Cleveland in winter and also helpful in inclement weather. They are fairly consistent as well with pick up and drop off services.

We love how once we park the van is there to pick us up almost immediately and that the parking is covered. Appreciate the quick trip to and from the airport and the ease of making reservations.
