it was fast and easy. The only thing I didn't like was the QR code was just for the rewards so when we pull up the guy is asking for our reservation and there wasn't really anything to show except the first email that didn't have an identifiable code or number. Maybe a qr code that does both?

I was followed right to my parking place, so I didn’t have to wait on the shuttle. When I arrived home, a shuttle was already there waiting on me to go pick up my car.

Great service and very convenient to get to the airport. Pick up is at the airport is easy as well. This is the first time we had to wait for an extra shuttle, but the wait was less than 10 minutes.

We enjoy the ease of parking at Fast park and will continue to use them. Unfortunately when we got back from a trip on Oct 2nd. we had a large scrape down one side of our truck. So besides the parking cost we had a deductible we had to pay from our truck being damaged while parked there. We will request a parking spot closer to the front as we were parked towards the back of the lot. I am hoping that the damage was just a suitcase that was scrapped down the side of the truck by accident because the shape and how deep it l felt looked more like it was "keyed" on purpose.
