Friendly customer service, easy access to and from the airport

We have been using Fast Park & Relax since 2010. The van comes to your parking spot, picks up passengers and luggage and drops you off at the airline of your choice. Upon returning, one only has to wait a few minutes before a Fast Park & Relax van arrives to take you back to your vehicle. We are glad that the driver now announces that seat belts are available for your safety. And, that message is repeated a few times. All as a result of the horrific accident months ago involving a Fast Park & Relax van. The Fast Park & Relax accident in Raleigh, NC, was caused by a 70-year-old driver who ran a red light and collided with the shuttle bus, resulting in multiple injuries and fatalities. The driver is facing several charges, including involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving.

First time user. I was pleased at how easy everything worked. Literally no waiting for transportation to and from the airport. Both drivers were very helpful and the drive was smooth as silk. I would recommend this service to anyone who is traveling via RDU.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that I can park and then all the driving is left to the team. It takes a lot of worry out of the picture. I always know when I get back home my vehicle will be waiting for me and ready to take me home.
