Clean Effective Friendly Efficient Exercise Coach in Davie has dramatically changed my life. When I started there over 2 years ago I could not step up or off a curb. Today I can go up/ down a flight of stairs without a railing. The staff is amazing and really dedicated to doing what is best for you.
