For years, I trusted my Trek Emonda ALR 4 to Trek Bicycle Dallas Park Cities... until I crashed it. When I replaced the AL4 with a Specialized bike, I kept using Trek Park Cities because of their technicians' knowledge, experience, and customer focus. Bottom line, they continue to earn my trust through the advice and quality service they offer.

I only take my bike to Trek Snyder Plaza and their service and response time has been excellent. Their repair team is honest and only does what is necessary to service my bike - no trying to up-sell me on additions I don't need.

I’m new to buying a Trek Mountain bike, so I did my homework and visited several stores to try out different models. I wanted to find a bike that would be dependable and last my wife and son for years. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the purchase over the phone. When I got there, they had both bikes ready and were so helpful in answering all my questions.

Jason at Dallas Park Cities is extremely helpful. His passion for Trek and cycling is contagious. I recently went in to add clips and briefly mentioned I was going to learn how to clip in over the weekend on my own. Jason took his time in explaining the mechanics and made it so easy. I can now say I know how to clip in confidently. People like Jason makes me proud to ride Trek. I would recommend all my cycling peers to visit Trek at Dallas Park Cities!

Was in the market to upgrade to a Domane SL, which there was one more left in store. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find the bike I wanted. He was knowledgeable on different models, accessories, and performance. He answered all my questions and provided new insights. Everything was amazing! Keep up the great work!

Jason was amazing! This was our first time purchasing bikes in the States, and we will def be lifelong customers to Trek. Jason spent over an hour with us because my kids were still trying to figure out which bikes are best for them. We were able to purchase add-ons. He also reserved one of the bikes for us to purchase at Allen store since it was unavailable at Park Cities and we found it right there waiting for us with Patrick. He has amazing skills with kids and he also gave my kid a quick lesson on how to ride without trainer wheels.
