Sales rep was friendly and honest. Prior to coming in, I had done a fair amount of research and pretty much knew what I wanted. or was focused on a specific model. But I had some questions regarding whether I would benefit, based on my intended use, on upgrading to either a carbon fiber frame or higher level of components. He was honest on his assessment/opinion which increased my confidence that I was walking out with the "best value" for my situation.

Hat's off to the staff at Trek in Flower Mound. I took a flat tire in to be replaced on Saturday morning. I was told all the mechanics were at a Trek event and I would need to leave the flat to be repaired on Sunday. One of the other staff members stepped up and said he could fix the flat while I waited and 10 minutes later I was on my out the door with my repaired tire. Great job bye the Trek employees!

The shop is always available for questions and is efficient with repairs, but one does have to lea e the bike for more complex repairs

Honestly the only place I trust with my mountain bike. Needed a tune up before an upcoming charity ride and Trek Flower Mound has the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff and techs. Would highly recommend!

Trek Flower Mound ranks among the best for bicycle, and customer service. My husband and I went in to look at new E-Bikes -inventory was there but only size was Medium .. I definitely needed a small so they were quick with assembling one from their boxed inventory. A day or two later we bought the bikes - since then they have followed through on tweaking whatever we may have needed tweaked. Friendly and inviting .

So, I was riding North Shore Trail when my SRAM AXS batteries died on my Mountain bike and I was close to the Trek bike shop in Flower Mound. So I got off the trail and rode over to the shop, and believe it or not, I walked into the shop, and it was Ray, one of my best mechanics and the shop manager I have known for a long time. He took care of my battery problem and the shifters. Plus Adjust my shifting during my wait. Super fast and one of the friendliest guys to visit with during my stay. Outstanding Shop and service. I would truly recommend the Trek Flowermound shop to anyone. Thanks for all your help, Ray. Jeff
