In Weatherford, I appreciate [FIRST NAME REMOVED], who takes my payment and gets me salt. Bree who answers the phone and routes my calls. I truly appreciate Renee in Dallas who helped me when I went to the office with challenges. Big shout out to Rick Keck who worked with Tech Randy to get us a new Carbon Filter tank when ours sprung a leak. Plus Joe the service manager who helped when we had some billing challenges in the past and haven't had them since. All in all the team in Weatherford and DFW do phenomenal job and we appreciate their dedicatiin, service, and ongoing support.

The whole water softener system was very expensive. It has some issues where i had to have a tech come to work on it. Now the system is working well. The techs that have come to my home have been great!

I've been a Culligan customer for a few years now and like the automatic salt delivery. The driver shows up just in time to deliver the 3 bags of salt when I need to add it. They check my undersink water supply as well and change the filters once a year. Friendly employee's and good service.
