Northwest employees are all so nice, responsive and professional. They keep my home free from pests and respond quickly if I have a problem of any kind. They sweep the outside of my house with a long duster pole to get any spiderwebs down and just go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Reliability, Communication, Knowledgable. My go to guy is Robert in Lagrange. His professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge has made our family feel comfortable to continue with our service.

Paul always gives me a call before he arrives. He is very kind and does a wonderful job. If I need service before the scheduled time I have no problem getting someone to come out. Best of all, Y'all came out when I was about to lose my mind over some bugs that my MIL brought into our home and I didn't have an account with you then. We have used Northwest since that day several years ago.
