The lady who answered the phone and made the appointment for RE Termite Inspection was friendly, answered questions and did set up the appointment promptly. Andrew was very pleasant and I believe he did a good inspection. I am accustomed to receiving a diagram of which areas were tested, however, and there did not seem to be one in the email I received after inspection. Perhaps, that is not the usual at your company, but that is why I did not give the highest rating.
