Demetrius was very thorough. Notified us when he was coming for the service and notified us when he was providing the service so we knew he was on the property. Followed up at the end of the appointment with verbal and written summary of what he did. Replaced numerous termite baits as they were broken. Do not recall the last time baits were replaced because of damage. Have not had such a friendly or conscientious technician.
