Always a great job. The technician avoids my flower beds so my bees, butterflies and other insects are not harmed. He also leaves some of the spider webs per my request. The webs and spiders are pretty cool and I enjoy looking at them. Been using you guys for 21 years and will continue doing so. Thank you.

It is very easy to schedule service. I can call and request inside treatment or just outside treatment. Usually Mr Keith comes to my home and I like not having people that I don't know at my house. I can describe what type of bugs I'm seeing and where like ants, spiders and he treats those areas. I tried to do pest control myself but not a good job because it seemed like the pests were trying to take over. Northwest makes it easy for people who are busy. I also like that customer service works with me on my payments so that I can continue my service.
