The staff were fantastic. All were helpful and great customer service. My only recommendation occurred when a customer (lady) came in and brought her dog off the leash. She must be a regular customer. The customer let her dog run free through the lobby and facility while she got her treatment. The dog was in other customers’ personal space including mine. I love dogs, but felt it was highly inappropriate. I’m sure the staff was just being polite by not asking her to put the dog on the leash. Your staff was great, so this really isn’t anything against them. I just wanted to be honest and didn’t want to say anything to the lady and cause any hurt feelings.
