The staff is super friendly and personable, like extended family in a good way. The space is relaxing and comfortable. Part of the joy of coming in is to see who is working that day. Cullen greeted me today and set me up for red light and Suji assisted me for compression and lastly Cullen did localize cryotherapyon my neck and shoulder. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products and services. I look forward to coming back.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail, especially Gabby! She is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to Hyper because she always takes the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable. The nurses are wonderful as well—they listen carefully whenever I discuss any symptoms or concerns I experience from the IV treatments and always make me feel heard and supported.

All of the people that I encountered were both courteous, pleasant, informative. I would just add one point. When I had my injection, he was so very attentive — he asked me at least 4 times how I was feeling. I had no negative effects. I told him that I felt like I had 2 glasses of my favorite champagne. When I went for the red light treatment— it was pleasant— no negative effects— I just wish I had been informed that even though I did not want water before the treatment ( please note— it WAS offered) after— I was thirsty— bottom line my experience was pleasant— but it DOES dehydrate you— and I wish that I had been informed before the fact. It will take at least 2 days to see how it both I integrated and resonates. Bottom line— no negative effects— just needing a lot of hydration.
