The employees were very helpful and informative with the services , However I did not like the privacy is not paramount, my religious practices require me to be covered and not intentionally around the opposite sex , and I would value when receiving the IV treatments for example and arms being exposed , makes me feel very uncomfortable. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience getting my HydraFacial. My esthetician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process.She was also very prompt and professional. The guest services team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The staff members are extremely nice and helpful, I've been a member for at least 2 years. They have flexible and affordable plans and options to fit your needs, the facility is clean and spacious and overall professionally ran. Hanna, Megan, Elizabeth, Tina, and Mia are all amazing!!!!! I love everything about this place and Steve the manager is also a great guy and very helpful as well, it's not just about the services, but the people that help make the overall experience worth it. Thanks again to the whole restore team at Plymouth meeting!!!!!!
