Great nurse and facility. People who are not receiving a service should not be permitted to sit in the reclining chairs when the IV room is full. I got an IV yesterday and there was a man in the reclining chair by the window hanging out with his friend who was getting an IV in the reclining chair next to him. He was there when I arrived and still there when I left. I sat in one of the basic seats. The room was full of people getting an IV. Why in the world the staff would allow this man to just hang out and take up one of the good seats is beyond me. I almost said something to him and handled it myself (since the staff didn't), but I was too tired for an altercation yesterday. I understand if all of those seats aren't taken, but when they are, the guy should have been told to wait in the lobby for his friend.

I had a great experience with the Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session. My only wish is that it could have been a medical‑grade chamber for a bit more intensity. But overall, I really enjoyed it!
