It was my first time doing cryotherapy, and I had a great experience. The young lady who helped me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this place, especially if it's your first time!

I loved EVERYTHING about this place!!! This was the absolute best experience. A soon as you walk in, the vibe from the staff was very welcoming and energetic. Especially, Sarah! Well, atleast I think that was her name. Forgive me if it wasn't, as this was a week ago and I'm really bad at remembering names. She was the black girl with short hair, from New York! But everyone was really friendly and the manager was awesome as well. Sarah gave me a tour of the facility before starting my services and it was very clean and aesthetically pleasing! She made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the process and benefits of each service I was receiving. I received Red Light Therapy, Whole Body Cryo and Compression. After my service, she thoroughly explained the membership packages and gave me recommendations. She also shared with me her journey with Restore. I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY recommend this location!!! You guys at Sugarland keep being AMAZING!!!
