I had a fantastic experience today! The combination of the cryotherapy and infrared light therapy left me feeling completely refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the week. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout each treatment. The space is spotless and efficient—a great wellness experience on the Upper East Side. Highly recommend!
