Bike people are the best—they’re down-to-earth, eager to help, and they understand that life is meant to be lived with gusto. But the people at Trek in Heritage Square stand apart from even the best of bicyclists. Love this store, love the vibe, love the dog, the kindness and the quick service to someone like me who, year after year, repairs her beloved blue bike.
I needed a bike tire replaced before an event the next day. The employee welcomed me in to the store, even though it was 7 minutes before closing. He said it wasn’t too late to purchase a tire, then offered to install it. The employee stayed 15 minutes after closing to get my tire installed. I truly appreciated the great service and helpful attitude!
I took a road bike in to have a broken shifter fixed. They were able to fix the shifter saving me around $300. Did some other minor work while I had it in and got it back to me in a few days. Great service, will definitely be a return customer.
Great people. And that would be enough, even if Trek didn't make first-rate bikes. And of course Zoe, the greeting dog, makes the experience even better. :-)
