The service and attention to making everything as comfortable and usable for me while riding really impressed me. Steve was more like a friend than he was salesman. He made sure I was good with overall workings of the bike and patiently answered all questions and demonstrated how to use the equipment on the bike. I am so glad I went Trek Murfreesboro. They have a customer for as long as I can ride.

Service was top notch. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Don’t buy cheap Chinese crap that’ll break down as soon as you leave the superstore. With trek you’ll get well made bicycles and a staff that can tailor one to you personally. My experiences at the store have all been 5 star and I highly recommend this bike shop

Steve was/is amazing. He spent time making sure my wife was comfortable with her purchase. If she picked something for the bike he would immediately install it on the bike without having to be asked. He didn’t just give us the items so we could put them in later.
It was because of Steve and his care for my wife that I ended up buying a Kuat Transport V2 (3 bikes) later that day instead of getting it from Amazon. He made that transaction seamless as well.
A few days later I came back in because I tried to use my road bike on my Wahoo KICKR Snap, but was too fat for that, lol. Steve talked me through my goals and what would fit my Wahoo Snap. I followed his suggestion and went with an FX 2. Steve even told me to go to Red Barn as an alternative. I instead purchased the bike new. While there I saw the Kuat Pivot V2 and we discussed it as I had seen it online. I then purchased that as well.
Trek Murfreesboro has made for great buying experiences. So much so, I need to refrain from coming in. I have purchased 4 bikes in the last 12 to 16 months with 2 in the last week. Steve is a great asset to your store and hopefully you can keep him.

Outstanding service and support as always. I have always taken my equipment there to be serviced and maintained since I have purchased bikes there. Steve is always very helpful and supportive in ensuring my equipment is top notch and functional. Highly recommend not only to purchase equipment there but also to have it serviced at this location as well.

It's easy to recommend the best bike shop I've ever dealt with. Friendly, professionals the minute you walk in the door. Of most importance is their understanding and appreciation when an urgent need arises to take care of that situation iif at all possible. And that's exactly what happened this week. Steve worked in a repair of a faulty hydraulic brake and my out of town bike trip is now still underway! Thanks again to Steve, the techs and TREK.
