I purchased my bike in the store and all the employees have been great throughout the entire process. I made some upgrades to my bike after the purchase and everything was done quick with no issues. Every time I stop in the store the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Jason and Ian do great work on repairs and builds. I would highly recommend the Trek Store in plainview.
