What a great experience! I had just completed 35 miles of my first lap around the dam; and noticed a slight knee pain. When stopping in the shop, the team quickly assessed my seat was too far forward, adjusted, and got me back in the road in no time. Thank you for the professionalism and for quick adjustment to my fitting!

The staff is awesome! Victoria and James were great to work with, knowledgeable, and seemed as excited as I was about my new bike. Communication was timely. We had to order a couple items for bike and they got right on it and exceeded my expectations. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
