Dino and Logan were both total pros. They took the time to answer all of my questions when purchasing a Checkpoint SL bike. Dino went above and beyond to share his extensive knowledge about bike setup and maintenance with me - truly valuable as I'm new to gravel bikes and clipless pedals. I've shopped at the Research store since the early 2000s and its great to see long time members of the team still there. The Checkpoint SL5 is riding like a dream and has a great price to value ratio. Great product sold and serviced by a great team. Highly recommended!

The people working in service area are dependable and honest. I'm appreciative of the work they've done on my bike and their willingness to ask OEM's to honor warranties that may be a little beyond the warranty period. Better than not asking at all. I will bring my bike back.
