The ease of scheduling an appointment with sales staff. The thorough explanation of how the softeners work and what was the right choice of softener for my home. Also the thorough testing of my water and the selection of a r/o system to rid my water of nitrates. The installer for my area was very knowledgeable and was very professional in the installation work involved. A very clean no mess job was completed.
