Very poor customer service! Had an issue with purchasing online so I contacted the shop via email, the first email was replied back to quickly. However after that my emails were ignored for almost 2 weeks, even after sending multiple emails. I eventually got an email back with an online purchase order for items I had since gone elsewhere for as I couldn’t be waiting any longer for a reply. Not two hours after receiving said email I got a phone call to see if I was going to order the items or not. I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone, and will not be purchasing off them again in the future

Bicycle part was advertised as available and paid for. Subsequently contacted that it had been sold. Website should be up to date to avoid the above. I look forward to receiving my refund. I trust that I won't have to chase you for it.
