I was looking for a folding bike to fit into the front bonnet of my Porsche. I popped into the Cycle Centre and received an excellent level of service. Everything was explained in detail, I was able to both try riding the demonstration version of the Brompton and also try and fit it into my car. My bike was ordered, the was a problem with Brompton dealership supply chain but the Cycle Centre was able to obtain exactly what I wanted albeit a different colour. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend the Cycle Centre.

The Cycle Centre is a godsend for anyone riding an e-bike with a TQ motor as they are one of a very few places who can run diagnostics and rectify faults. They took little time to diagnose the issue I had with my battery not holding a charge and the fault was sorted and the bike is now running as it should. Also on a test ride by the mechanic he found that the headset was loose and put that right so top marks for service.

From the moment I entered the store, I was delighted with the level of customer service I received. Rob was incredibly helpful. We discussed what I was looking for, he talked me through different options, relative merits of different products and even advised me if I would be able to get something cheaper elsewhere than what they could offer. Compared to the level of interest shown by other stores, this was a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t recommend the shop highly enough and it will be my first port of call for any future purchases of bikes/accessories.

Cycle Centre Newcastle has provided my family with Brompton bikes since 2010, all still being used and now just taken delivery of the G line. Excellent advice from very knowledgeable and helpful staff, ( especially Rob) good selection of bikes and accessories in the shop backed by reliable Workshop and Service facilities.
