this is not the first time I've been to this shop. I find the tech's very knowledgeable and helpful. I crunched my front derailur and thought I was looking at getting a new one. I had bent it back inot shape myself so the tech ran through the gears and said it worked fine - no need to replace. He reccomended some tings but was not pushy on the upselling. Had them tweek things and put on some new handle bar tape. Bike was done in a few hours. Great job and nice people.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Trek Closter! The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping my son find the right bike. They took the time to understand what he needed, answered all of our questions, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident with his choice. It was especially nice to see how genuinely excited and supportive they were toward my son. Their customer service went above and beyond, and the entire experience felt personal rather than simply being about making a sale.
