Bob was fantastic. He met us the day we wanted to tour a house. We got an offer put in within 24 hours, and we closed on that house in a little over 30 days from when we toured it. He maintained communication the whole time, even now after the sale has been completed... He's checking in to see how we're adjusting. He's the best realtor we've worked with over the last 5 years - because he's the one that finally got us in a house!

Bob is extremely thoughtful and efficient. He followed through quickly on helping me find a home. He gave me good advice on how to negotiate the sale and worked with the sellers agent to get showings and a good contract for both parties. Robert was very attentive when I had any questions in need of answering. I was a first time home buyer and Robert shared a lot of useful tips and things to look for when purchasing a home. He never tried to push a sale on me, rather he gave me the facts and helped me decide whether or not this was the right house for me.
