Coaches are top notch. Shout out Coach Frank!
They’re easy to talk to, are personable, genuinely interested in me, in the gym and outside the gym.
Love love the community too
Frank has been fantastic. I am new to all of this at 58 and have never done these workouts before. The learning curve is steep and I am trying to balance learning and getting stronger. Frank has been patient and encouraging and I am grateful.
As a single mom who works full time it can be challenging to get to a class, but overall my experience has been positive.
Elijah is terrific, he is always positive and encouraging. Challenging me to do things the right way and also to push myself. It’s been a huge benefit and blessing for my life!
I love Iron Tribe Mountain Brook so much. Lately, the community of friends at the gym have been such a blessing in my life. They were there for me this summer when my daughter was very ill and when I had surgery last December. The changes to programming have been amazing. At 51, I can’t do some of the exercises. The workouts are more scalable and there is less emphasis on RX and more importance placed on doing the right exercise for your physical condition. I still feel challenged, but the workout model is sustainable as I enter my 50’s and 60’s.
