It is hard to pinpoint what I like best about Holtz Spa. It is incredibly welcoming. I'm impressed not only with the services I have received but how I see other clients being treated. Although I don't see one person in particular on a regular basis, I know that when I book an appointment the person providing the service will be excellent.

My arrival with polite ladies at the reception, the waiting room not to crowded, the modern-classic ambiance, my beauty specialist who respected that I did not need to engage in a long conversation and that I needed to relax quietly during the treatment, her kindness, distinction, warmth and high politeness. The facial was amazing, and I appreciated learning about the skincare products. However, a total of over $1,600 was quite a shock to my wallet! While the experience was top-notch, the final price tag makes this strictly a rare, special-occasion treat rather than a regular routine.

The massage therapist (Avinash) was superb. He was kind, attentive, and was clearly invested in making sure me and my family member were both taken care of to the highest professional standard. I've had quite a few massages in my life and Avinash discovered knots and trigger points I didn't even know existed. He also showed us some physical therapy exercises that will minimize pain in the future. Thank you for hiring such a fine therapist. The rest of the staff were pleasant and kind as well.
