I love the 1:1 support from your trainers, it's perfect for me. I was afraid to begin a strength training workout and end up injuring myself. The 20 minutes twice a week is perfect for my schedule too. Peyton, Thomas and the entire WC team make it fun and encourage me every time. I have already recommended the Exercise Coach program to several friends!
