I love my bike. But what is better than my Trek bike is the phenomenal service I receive whenever I need adjustments to my bicycle. Most recently, Eddie helped me with my service and took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to happen to keep me riding. Seriously, these Trek store employees are amazing!

Richard was an absolute delight to work with - he helped me get on and test the Roscoe 7 Gen 4 I was looking at and gave me great feedback in regards to the correct size for me and what I would get out of the bike. He also helped source a helmet and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process
