We had such a great experience at Trek Encinitas! We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and Tim took the time to help us pick out the perfect first pedal bike and helmet for our toddler. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and never made us feel rushed despite how close it was to closing time. My son has been riding his new bike nonstop and absolutely loves it! We’ll definitely be purchasing all of our family bikes here from now on. I’ve already recommended this location to friends. Thank you, Tim, for making this such a great experience!

My road bike needed a level 2 service and a few other things needed fixing. The inspection was thorough and the staff made recommendations on improvements to the chain, handlebar tape and tires. The work was done within a few days and I was able to ride the following weekend.

The service department is always so good to us. We brought my son’s bike in when he said his gears were clicking and they were so friendly and fixed it right up. Bob also gave me tips for maintenance. It is comforting knowing if there is a problem with the bike, it is no hassle to get it fixed.

Always treated well by everyone that works there. Standouts are the manager Ian, sales staff Tim and Tyler and the whole service staff. They have what I need or they get it for me very quickly. Prices are fair.
