Reliable, helpful, and welcoming to casual riders We're not cycling enthusiasts, just people who ride for fun, and this shop has always made us feel completely welcome. The staff never talk down to us or push gear we don't need. They take the time to listen, answer our questions patiently, and give honest advice, whether it's a quick tune-up, a flat tire, or picking the right bike for relaxed weekend rides. Every visit has been consistent: friendly service, fair prices, and repairs done right and on time. It's rare to find a place that treats casual riders as well as serious racers, and that's what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you're training for a century ride or just cruising around for fun!

Superb service. Not enough selection of products. Trek/Bontrager are good, but not always what I want. The La Mesa store is empty compared to how it was when it was a Trek dealer but sold other products. Also, they ran frequent sales and specials that would get you in the door. Friendly people who know cycling and bike hardware. Good selection of relevant products. I came in for new pedals because my shoes have been sliding off of the stock pedals that came with my bike. I rode home with the new pedals installed and my shoes will definitely not be slipping off of them.
