The Trek mechanics are skilled and prompt at getting the work done. I appreciate that they give me options when I have a problem and definitely don't try to "sell" me things I don't really need. Phone communication is sometimes a challenge as there definitely is not a good system for taking messages, but the mechanics are great!

Chelsea Wolfe, Has great customer service in her heart. additionally she was very helpful, knowledgeable, Kind, Supportive, Experienced, Spoke Clearly and Understandably. She related well to us as a concerned helpfully human being! Your show room is well stocked with a variety of products. Or Chelsea would find it on the internet and order it and install it! The Trek team at the San Marcos location is the best in the business. Have helped me get back on the trail multiple times. Knowledgeable and honest. Solved many issues without recommending unnecessary service. Trust them with all my mtb needs and you should too!
