Trek South Bay is my go to shop. Since I came in with my first repair, that they fixed on the spot, they have provided excellent service. In most cases like yesterday they address and fixed the issue while I waited. I have a Specialized, so the make of your bike doesn't matter.

I like the quality of the bikes made by Trek. I asked for help on loosening my hub on my rim so I could replace a spoke and gentleman used a tool to loosen it. He helped because they didnt have the tool on the rack for sale as it was out of stock.
