Billy was able to source the range extender battery for my bike quickly and before I left for my Death Valley trip in October. Nobody else was able to get this battery for me, let alone before my up coming trip

When I first contacted TBB upon returning to Oregon after 18 years the person on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to accommodate my requests. Once in the store I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me get my Trek into the store and prepped for service. This is one of the best bike shops I’ve been in.
