Josh was a great bike mechanic and very helpful. Took care of my problem on the spot, and I walked out with a fully functional bicycle.

We have been using the Trek Child Bike Upgrade program for several years now and the folks at the Happy Valley Trek shop have been a pleasure to work with. Our kiddos always feel welcome and have a great time trying out bikes. While the kids figure out what they like, the staff are always friendly and don't engage in high pressure sales tactics. We will continue to recommend the shop to anyone who is looking to get their kids onto a high quality ride that will ensure more time in the saddle.
