Went in thinking I needed a new bike pump and the staff analyzed my issue and came to a different (and cheaper) solution, which involved replacing the valve stem. Problem solved! I really appreciated the effort to find the right answer.

A+++ customer service from employees Drew and Justin. Both were knowledgeable and helpful with answering all my questions. I bought an electric bike at Trek five years ago and barely rode it. Drew tuned the bike up and helped me get reoriented with expertise and sweet patience throughout. Justin attentively answered my questions as well and helped me get the new acquired right bike rack, assembled and installed. Having a rack helps with the ease of knowing I can get my bike tuned up or repaired whenever I want or need and can take the bike places. Really opened up my options and sense of freedom. Also, Drew helped me decide on the right bike lock which was super helpful as well. When I initially went in to get my bike tuned up I was going to sell it. With their help I am now going to ride it. I really been enjoying these trek bikes from your store. They are great quality and durable. I love the marlin 8+ its been great since March this year. I still enjoy riding it having hardly no problems. The brakes are still great and strong. Everything else still working well. I got another bike from your store, the fx1+. The fx has been a good commute bike. It takes me around the city fast and easy to control. I still enjoy this city bike, but maintenance is a little harder. Maintenance crew at lake Oswego always there to help me. I will still consist on TREK and continue enjoying riding these great bikes. Thanks to all that help me at trek shop. Thank you very much.

Repair tech gave a few options to pick from regarding a kids bike tune up. We had purchased a used bike that needed a tune up. Knowing our kid was going to grow out of the bike in less then a year we were giving options that would make the bike rideable and safe while keeping in mind that we would only have the bike for a short time. I felt the tech was honest about what it needed vs what would have been nice to have but not necessary.
