Great helpful knowledgeable, friendly service.. I bought an E-trike on Amazon a when it was delivered the shipping packaging was crushed and falling apart while unpacking a putting the trike together we found it was damaged a missing parts .an has many issues ..The SlabTown TREK Bike Shop is around the corner from where I live and I've taken the trike into there shop several times for help with minner adjustments and for a full evaluation of its condition turn up and serious repair of the trikes headset they have Ben great help to me while Amazon and there Third party seller totally jacked me for $1600 bucks of damaged e-trike an have refused to replace refund or take any responsibility for the condition it was delivered in.. the Slabtown Trek bike Guys are really good people😁!!.. Check Em Out!

I was able to get all my questions answered. The employee took a lot of time with me to show me my options and and let me know about services that I could take advantage of. They were very patient with my many questions and I got some answers I have been searching for online for the last few weeks. I really appreciated it and I will be back.

The team was super helpful when I came in with serial flat tires, helping me pick out new tires and gave me tips and tricks on how to change my very tight tires. They taught me then let me try on my own as an added bonus. Great vibes in this store!

The service at Trek Slabtown is phenomenal with well-trained and knowledgeable staff. My off brand bike was repaired within 24 hours with help from Roger. I can't say enough good about the vibe there. Other shops in town were dismissive, so the service and atmosphere at Trek was refreshing. Definitely buying my next bike there!

I'm a female rider and I often don't feel welcome in a bike shop but this place always makes me feel super welcome and like I can ask questions. I was also referred to this place by a group of other women who said this is "the best bike shop". I also thought the prices and the communication was awesome. Ten was a great mechanic and was super open to hearing my concerns and problem solving what was wrong with my bike. Great customer service and now my bikes is like new!!!
