So helpful. Brought my bike in for a tire change right at the end of the day expecting to leave it over night. They changed it in 5mins and I was out the door before they even closed. Impressive!

The mechanics always help me out. They have gone above and beyond answering my questions even providing me with free items to help me. Their support has changed my buying patterns, I have gone to Trek before looking on Amazon or other bike shops. This chill customer service has led me to buying a bike, a bunch of accessories, and service. Bottom line, they are kind. I will keep going there. 11 out of 10 stars. One suggestion. I generally prefer supporting local. I used to go to River City Bikes and I often would buy gear that has some connection to Portland (think a Portland water bottle). I wish Trek would have more products and nods to PDX, less to Wisconsin.

The online rental process was easy! In Portland visiting family and snuck away for a ride. Got dropped off at the shop, they put SPD SL pedals on for me, the bike came with (2) bottle cages and a tool seat bag. Josh provided a quick fit, adjusting the seat post height and I was off. Had the full PNW experience, sunny and warm, overcast, drizzle and then pouring rain, glad I got the Trek Madone. Rode smooth as a Cadillac with the big tubeless at up. It was a beautiful ride around the Willamette. Rode back to the shop and Theron checked me back in, Rowan was also very nice. Top tier experience! 10/10
